Wordless Wednesday – It Didn’t Rock Asher’s Boat!

We were treated to a glorious sunset at the beach early last night! Β It’s not often we’re there that time of day so I was delighted to be able to practise my silhouette photography πŸ™‚

Frankie ponders the beauty of the early tones of the sunset.

Mount Taranaki
This is Mount Taranaki (formerly Mt Egmont). It’s about a 4 hour drive away by road, I don’t know how far as the crow flies.

Beryl soaks up the beauty of the sun set.

Beryl is still admiring the sunset. Asher, meh, he’d rather look for bunnies!

The girls and I are so glad to see Fabulous Frankie. Asher is as awesome as usual and Beryl, well she’s beautiful.

Fab photos of the sunset. Is Mount Taranaki a volcano? It has the shape.

Hope you are all doing ok. Sue, Polly & Honey

Yes Sue, Mt Taranaki is a volcano and still active although it’s catagorised as quiet! Which the residents of the nearby city of New Plymouth will no doubt be grateful for πŸ™‚ Frankie says Hi to his best fans xxx

The girls and I have to admit we have a real soft spot for Frankie:)
